Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Sahra MOUSSAOUI as HR Business Partner, effective March 9, 2026. Sahra will be based in Paris and will report directly to me.

Sahra joins us after serving as an HR Business Partner at IQVIA, where for two years she supported the Clinical Operations and Global Technology Operations teams. She contributed to key areas such as career development, leadership, psychosocial risk prevention, and employee experience, with strong involvement in well-being and ESG initiatives.

Graduated in 2017 from KEDGE Business School’s Grande École Program with a specialization in Human Resources, she also completed an international postgraduate program at the University of Newcastle. Sahra began her career in HR consulting and change management at Wavestone, working with major clients on HR transformation, employee experience, and new ways of working, while also holding operational responsibilities in recruitment. In 2022, she joined Talan as an HR Development Officer, where she helped structure talent management processes and succession planning, particularly for engineering populations, and led projects such as digitalized onboarding and pre-boarding.

Within the Operational Human Resources team for Paris and Dreux, Sahra succeeds Madura SRITHARAN and will be the local HR contact for employees and managers in the Technical Operations, Corporate Legal Affairs, Global Partnering & Alliances and Global Strategy & Transformation teams based in Paris. As an HRBP, she will provide first-level operational HR support and contribute to the deployment of Ipsen’s HR strategy, while strengthening employee engagement, supporting HR cycles, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global standards.
