Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Raphaëlle KIRREN as Employee Relations Specialist, effective today.

Raphaëlle will support Ipsen’s social policy and will be responsible for assisting France HR operational teams in managing social dialogue across sites and ensuring the application of labor law. Raphaëlle will also support cross-functional HR projects.

Holding two master’s degrees in Labor Law and in European Labor Law and Social Studies, Raphaëlle has over seven years of experience as Employee Relations Specialist within the Clariane and Promotrans groups.Raphaëlle will report to me and will be based in Paris.
