We are pleased to announce that Lucy LUO will be joining Ipsen as our new Payroll & HR Operations Specialist, effective 20 May 2026. She will be based in Shanghai and report to Janet Wang.

In her role, Lucy will provide proactive and high-quality HR operational support to countries across the JAPAC region, with a primary focus on China. Her responsibilities will cover employee advisory services, HR data management, attendance and leave administration, payroll processing, HR systems support, and payroll vendor management.

Lucy brings nearly 15 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on HR Operations, Payroll, and projects. She has in-house HR experience within the consumer and pharmaceutical industries as well as in HR outsourcing, and operates with a well developed, customer centric mindset.

Lucy holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from ShanDa University and is bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys travelling to different places to help her to relax and recharge.
