We are very happy to announce the appointment of Larisa FEDOROVA as Global HR Business Partner for Neurotoxins and International as of June 1st, 2026. She will report to the new Global HRBP Lead for International when appointed and to Agata OLEMPIEJUK-COMBAZ in the interim. She will relocate to Paris this summer and will partner closely with Pauline WATRICE to ensure a smooth transition.
In her new role, Larisa will play a crucial part in defining fit-for-purpose capabilities and organizational set-ups for our evolving Neurotoxins teams and in attracting and developing the right level of talent. She will be collaborating closely with global and local HR teams to drive best in class business partnering across International and ensure the HR strategies for the divisions in scope are aligned with business objectives to drive organizational success. She will be acting as a strategic partner to Olivia BROWN and the Neurotoxins leadership team members and support the HR agenda for International.
Larisa started her career at Nokia before moving to Ipsen in 2009 as an HR Specialist based in Russia. Since then, she has progressed into a variety of different HR roles including Acting Human Resources and Administrative Director, Russia, Global Compensation and Benefits Manager and HR Development Director, Global CHC before moving to the United Kingdom as HR Director for the UK/Ireland affiliate and the London Hub.
Larisa has been instrumental and demonstrates high performance and engagement to support & develop our UKI affiliate and achieve the new set up of our Global hub in London, which is a key step to attract and develop talents for Ipsen
Larisa holds a Master of International HR Management from Kingston University and also a degree in Civil Law from Moscow University of Finance and Law.
The role of HR Director UK & Ireland to succeed to Larisa will be opened very shortly for internal and external applications.
