Dear colleagues,

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Jennifer Foy as HR Director, Wrexham Site, succeeding Amy Winston-Roberts. She will start the 14th of September.

Jennifer joins Ipsen with more than 19 years of HR leadership experience gained in global, highly regulated manufacturing environments. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation as a trusted strategic business partner, successfully aligning people strategies with business priorities while leading organizational transformation, talent development, and cultural change initiatives. Most recently, Jennifer served as Head of HR for Finance, IT, HR, and Legal functions at Seadrill, a global organization operating across multiple regions. As a member of the Global HR Leadership Team, she partnered with senior executives supporting complex international teams and driving key people initiatives. Prior to Seadrill, Jennifer spent over thirteen years with Danone, where she held progressively senior HR roles supporting a highly regulated manufacturing site of 450 employees. As Senior HR Business Partner, she led workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and leadership capability-building across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Shared Services functions. Her achievements included supporting significant site expansion, leading cultural transformation initiatives, strengthening employee engagement, developing talent pipelines, and implementing innovative leadership development programs.

In her new role, Jennifer will lead the people agenda for the Wrexham site, partnering closely with the leadership team for our manufacturing site, PharmDev activities and SSC to support business growth, strengthen organizational capability, foster an engaging and inclusive culture, and continue developing our teams.
