Dear all,

After 9 years of commitment to the Signes teams as well as to Global Quality, Pamela FILLON, HR Director of the Signes Site, has decided to join a new external professional adventure.

Pamela joined Ipsen in October 2016 and has participated in an exemplary manner in the growth and success of our site by driving a strong HR dynamic both internally and externally, recognized by several certifications and professional labels.

In July 2023, Pamela took on HR responsibility for the Global Quality Functions in addition to her role and brought the same professionalism and enthusiasm to it.

We would like to warmly thank Pamela for her essential role in supporting the local Signes and Global Quality teams. Her expertise, commitment and team spirit and initiative have been essential and have greatly contributed to the development of the HR community.

Pamela will leave Ipsen on December 5, 2025 and her replacement is being actively sought.

Joana DA SILVA, HRBP on the Signes site, will act as interim manager for the teams and in support of the local Leadership Team.
Liza O’BRIEN, Global HRBP TechOps, will be in charge of the HR support for Global Quality.
