Dear colleagues,

As part of our commitment to continue to grow our teams with the belief that internal mobility is key to the development of our talents, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Floriane TREILLE as Human Resources Business Partner effective 1 January 2026. She will stay
located in Paris and will report directly to Aurélie RODRIGUES – Vice President HR Ops Paris & Dreux.

Replacing Mirjana LE FRIEC who left mid-September, Floriane will the go-to partner for Paris-based employees and managers for the teams of Finance, Corporate Affairs and Human Resources. As part of the HR Operations Team, she will deliver front-line HR operational support and drive the implementation of Ipsen’s HR strategy while enhancing employee engagement, supporting HR cycles and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global standards.

Graduated in 2021 in master’s degree in human performance, Strategy & Management with HR speciality from EM Strasbourg Business School, Floriane has started her career as recruiter at HCI Conseil before being successively Personal Admin & Training Assistant at Reckitt and HR Officer at Sanofi. She joined Ipsen in 2021 as HR Officer in HR Administration team to support for the deployment of the AskHR ticketing tool before moving to Les Ulis site as HR Generalist supporting R&D employees. Over the last 2,5 years, Floriane was HRBP supporting the French Affiliate, coordinating HR cycles & processes (Performance, Salary Reviews, Talent Management …), providing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers (including onboarding, policy guidance, job changes and wellness initiatives) and being Disability representative for the affiliate and DEI ambassador.

The replacement of Floriane in HR Commercial Operations will be open for recruitment shortly.
