Dear all,

I am pleased to announce that Soleen Ghahraman is appointed as Manager, US HRBP reporting to the North America HR Cluster Lead, effective November 1, 2025, and we are glad to welcome Soleen back to the US at OMS to take on this role.

Since joining Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals in 2020, Soleen has exhibited outstanding growth and commitment in a variety of roles. Her HR journey began as an Employee Experience Associate with the People Services team in the US, where she gained a comprehensive understanding of HR operations and helped foster a positive employee experience. Soleen then transitioned into Talent Acquisition, holding both US and global positions such as Talent Acquisition and Executive Candidate Specialist in the US, Talent Acquisition Partner in France, and most recently, Global Executive Search Partner in France. Throughout these roles, Soleen has gained a breadth of experiences that will set her up for well for the HRBP role.

In the role of Manager, HRBP, Soleen will provide front-line human resources support to employees and leaders across our various businesses in the US. She will collaborate with Global HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to ensure operational excellence in the delivery of HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Soleen’s curiosity and tenacity, coupled with her passion for problem solving and creating a positive overall employee experience, makes her an ideal candidate for this role.
