Dear colleagues,

As part of our talent development strategy, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Amy WINSTON-ROBERTS as Human Resources Director for the U.K. & Ireland affiliate and our London hub, effective 1 June 2026.

During her role as HR Director of the Wrexham site for the past 5 years, Amy has played a major part in the transformation of the site and the development of all the TechOps, PharmDev and Shared Services Center teams.

As a member of the LT, she supported leaders, developed talents and implemented HR and operational excellence strategies to support the development of the Shingo, Great Place to Work and Best Work Place certifications for the site.

With almost 20 years of extensive HR experience, Amy has held HR Director roles in the pharmaceutical, food production, and agricultural sectors, alongside senior HR roles across a range of industries including technology and utilities. She holds a Master’s degree in HR from the University of Glyndwr, U.K., and is also certified for Executive Coaching & Mentoring.

Amy succeeds Larisa Fedorova, who takes on the role of Global HRBP for Neurotoxins and International.

Pending Amy’s replacement, Mark SCOTT, HRBP of the Wrexham site will take over as interim HR Director of the site.
