Dear HR Colleagues,

It’s our great pleasure to announce that Mrs. Stevie Chen joins SC China on May 7th, 2021 as Senior Manager, HRBP for Specialty Care. Stevie will directly report to Mr. David Nouet, Head of HR, SC China & Asia Pacific.

Stevie will provide strategic HR partnership to leaders and managers of Specialty Care on daily HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, talent & leadership development and other critical HR topics. Stevie has more than 10 years’ experience in multinational companies as HRBP at Honeywell and Novartis, prior to join Ipsen she was the APAC Talent Manager at Henkel. Stevie holds a Bachelor Degree in Labor and Social Security from East China University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Jacky ZHAO, previously Senior Manager HRBP SC will take the role of Senior Manager HRBP CHC responsible for supporting CHC Division including below Depts: HP, CHCIA, CHC Medical, Finance, Legal, BD, PACC and Commercial Excellence organizations. Located in Tianjin, Jacky will continue reporting to Cindy Jin, VP HR CHC China. Jacky joined Ipsen in Nov. 2018 as HRBP Central Functions & CHCIA and then transferred as HRBP SC in 2019. We’d like to take the chance to thank Jacky for his great efforts and excellent contributions to support SC business and organization in the past two years.
