Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to inform you that Lucie COUDRILLIER, who joined the Ipsen Signes site on July 2, 2025 under a fixed-term contract, will transition to a permanent contract as of November 1, 2025.

Lucie will hold the position of HR Specialist within the Human Resources department, reporting to Pamela FILLON, Director of Human Resources.

With solid experience in human resources management, Lucie has held the following roles:

• HR Project Officer at Keolis: administrative management of personnel (150 employees across 3 sites), development and monitoring of the training plan, HR development, reporting, employee relations, and handling of disciplinary procedures.
• Site HR Generalist at Elis Méditerranée: end-to-end personnel administration, payroll management, recruitment, training, legal and disciplinary follow-up, preparation and coordination of employee representative meetings, HR reporting, and cross-functional project management.
• International experience: Lucie also worked for several years in Australia, developing strong adaptability and openness to diverse professional and cultural environments.

Her career reflects a versatile expertise, strong rigor, and a recognized commitment to supporting managers and implementing HR policies tailored to the company’s needs.
