We are delighted to announce two new appointments with HR Shared Services

HRSS – UK&I and International

Laura Clarke will join Ipsen as Payroll Operations Specialist, effective 19 January 2026. She will be based in Wrexham and report to Gavin Daly.

In her role, Laura will provide proactive and high-quality Payroll operational activities to countries supported by the team in Wrexham. Her responsibilities will cover payroll processing along with payroll systems and query support.

Laura brings over 10 years of payroll experience, with a strong focus on payroll operations in the UK and Ireland. She has worked across multiple industries, including Accountants, Engineering, and Manufacturing, and brings valuable regional and cross-functional expertise.

HRSS – JAPAC

 Delyn Leong joined Ipsen as Payroll & HR Operations Specialist, effective 5 January 2026. She is based in Singapore and reports to Janet Wang.

In her role, Delyn will provide proactive and high-quality HR operational support to countries across the JAPAC region, including Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, Vietnam, Korea, and China. Her responsibilities will cover employee advisory services, HR data management, attendance and leave administration, payroll processing, HR systems support, and payroll vendor management.

Delyn has over eight years of HR experience, with a strong focus on HR Operations, Payroll, and HRIS projects across the APAC region. She has worked across multiple industries, including Travel Technology, Pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing, and brings valuable regional and cross-functional expertise.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from RMIT University and a Diploma in Marketing from Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore. Delyn is bilingual in English and Mandarin.
