Dear Colleagues,

We would like to inform you that Joanna Sosnowska has decided to step down from her role as HR Head for Poland and Ukraine and will be leaving Ipsen due to an external career opportunity at the end of May.

Joanna has been a cornerstone of the EMM HR, Poland & Ukraine leadership team. She played a pivotal role in the growth of our Polish business in the past 7 years, personally overseeing the recruitment and selection of a significant portion of our local organization. Through her mentorship, she has helped shape the careers of many talented individuals within our organization. Her personality, commitment and human centric approach were appreciated by many current and former colleagues of our team.

In the meantime, Nafsika TZIORIDOU, currently HR Head Greece and Talent Lead EMM, will take on the role on an ad interim basis while we initiate the recruitment process for a permanent successor, ensuring continuity for the teams.

We thank Joanna for her commitment and her partnership in strengthening our people agenda during an evolving and demanding period. Please join us in wishing her the very best in her future endeavors! We would also like to thank Nafsika for taking on this assignment and for her continued support.
