Dear Colleagues,

I would like to update you all on some upcoming changes to the London HR team.

Margy Staikou, HR Business Partner, has decided to leave Ipsen to begin a new chapter in her life, relocating to Germany with her partner. Margy has been a valued member of the London HR team over the past 2 years, making a positive impact across a number of areas, including site engagement and support to our Global teams in London. Margy’s last day with us will be 26 June 2026. I’m sure you will join me in thanking Margy for her dedication and hard work, and in wishing her every success in this exciting new chapter.

I am delighted to share that, effective 20 July 2026, Nikola Nagy will be joining us in London as HR Business Partner, taking over Margy’s areas of the business. We look forward to welcoming Nikola to the team in the coming weeks. Nikola brings over 12 years of HR experience, partnering with senior leaders across the U.K., EMEA and global organisations. She has worked across a wide range of industries, including healthcare and life sciences, consultancy, international development and talent partnering, and brings strong expertise in organisational design, workforce planning and employee relations. Nikola holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification and a Master’s degree in HR Management & Leadership. Most recently, she will be joining us from IQVIA Ltd.

During this transition, and until Nikola joins us, myself and Fiona Connell, HR Business Partner, will be supporting Margy’s areas of the business. In the interim, please direct any queries to myself or Fiona.
