Dear Colleagues,

I am delighted to announce that, effective 19 January 2026, Tania Kelly will be joining Ipsen Dublin as HR Business Partner.

Tania brings extensive HR experience, having worked in the aviation industry and most recently in FMCG. She joins us from Unilever, where she developed strong expertise in managing projects and leading people-focused initiatives that drive business growth and performance. Tania is a collaborative, results-driven professional who values integrity, continuous improvement, and making a positive impact.

In her new role, Tania will support me in delivering strategic objectives for the site and will partner closely with the business and colleagues in Dublin, as well as HR teams across various locations.

Tania holds a BA in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland and Associate CIPD qualification.
