Dear Colleagues,

We are committed to reinforce our business partnering within the HR function to better support our leaders and business strategy and we strongly believe internal mobility is key to the development of our people.

We are very happy to announce the appointment of Madura SRITHARAN as Global HR Business Partner for Global Medical, Legal & Business Ethics and Corporate Affairs as of February 1st, 2026. She will report to Mona AMIN and will remain located in Paris. Madura will ensure a smooth transition with Kelly during December.

In this role, Madura will play a crucial part in defining fit for purpose capabilities and organizational set-ups and will ensure we attract and develop the right level of talent, collaborating closely with global and local HR teams. She will ensure the HR strategies for the divisions in scope are aligned with business objectives to drive organizational success, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team members within the Global Medical, Corporate Affairs and Legal & Business Ethics divisions.

Madura holds a master’s degree in management of People and Organizations from SUP des RH, Paris, France. She started her career in 2008 as HR & Training Officer for NovoNordisk and evolved in HR Generalist roles of growing responsibility at Amgen and Astra Zeneca. Madura joined Ipsen in late 2015 as HR Business Partner for the French Affiliate before moving to the position of Global HR Business Partner for Technical Operations in 2022 working with IT & Digital, Quality, Engineering & Manufacturing, Polaris Program and Supply Chain. Since the beginning of the year, Madura has been supporting the local TechOps teams based in Paris & Dreux.

Thanking Kelly PARTEL who has been in this role from May 2025 and leave upon end of her contract. She has been supportive in ensuring management of Talent and Performance campaigns, budget process and administrative support for the 3 divisions.
