Dear colleagues,  

We are pleased to announce that Thao NGO will be taking on the role of Employee Communication Manager in Corporate Communications, covering for Zoe WALK during her maternity leave as part of a development assignment from December 1st through the end of March 2026. 

Consequently, Isabelle GALERE joined Ipsen on December 8th to replace Thao as Global HR and Project Communication Lead for the next four months. Isabelle brings with her a broad experience in HR Communication, including roles as Employee Brand Manager for Adobe EMEA and as Internal and HR Communication Manager-Employer Brand-People Engagement for Accenture France-BNL.
