Dear colleagues,

Luna LIM has departed from the organization to embark on her own entrepreneurial journey. We appreciate Luna’s contributions and excellent teamwork over the past two years, and we wish her much success in her future professional and personal endeavors.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Melissa LEE as Compensation & Benefits Partner, Asia (JAPAC), effective 3 December 2025. Melissa will replace Luna and will be based in Singapore, reporting to Siti Shahdan.
Melissa will support Siti in managing local and global C&B projects, policies, and initiatives. She will offer expertise, analysis, and advice to help ensure Ipsen’s programs remain relevant, competitive, and innovative, effectively attracting and retaining top talent. Melissa’s primary countries of focus will be Australia, Vietnam, and hosted markets in Malaysia, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Additionally, she will work closely with HR community and key business stakeholders across the region.
She has nearly seven years of HR experience specializing in compensation, benefits, and HR operations across Asia. Previously, she was a Senior C&B Specialist at Lidl & Kaufland, eBay, and Ernst & Young before joining Ipsen.
Melissa graduated with Bachelor’s Hons Degree in Business & Management from University of London-SIM and a Diploma in Accountancy & Finance from Nanyang Polytechnic Singapore. Melissa is fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
Outside of work, she enjoys collecting Lego sets (especially from the Botanical and Art collection), travelling and racket sports. She is also a bit of a foodie, so feel free to share your favourite recommendations with her.
