Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Chaymaa AMARA as HR Specialist, effective February 2, 2026, in a fixed-term contract until July 2026. She remains based in Paris and reports directly to me.

Chaymaa joined Ipsen in January 2024 for an internship in Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT), followed by 12-month apprenticeship to validate a Master Degree in Human Resources at Paris ISCG School. Then, from September 2025 to January 2026, Chaymaa held a fixed‑term position as DE&I Specialist France.

In her new role, Chaymaa provides support to HR R&D team in France, mainly providing HR Admin support in the integration of ImCheck, and assists the HR Operations Paris & Dreux team in employee management, covering HR administrative activities, HR campaign follow‑up, and HR tools updates.
