I’m delighted to inform you that, effective beginning of August and until end of December, Marina will on assignment in HR (from GDIT) to lead the various projects that aim at promoting AI adoption at Ipsen.

Her main responsibilities during this assignment, many of which in direct continuation with projects she already led from the GDIT side, are the following:

• Lead the roll-out of the AI Literacy Program throughout Ipsen and identify next steps beyond the AI Literacy foundational training,
• Lead the assessment of Ipsen divisions on the impact of AI, in colloration with the project core team. Consolidate findings into an enterprise view of priorities,
• Foster benchmarks and exchanges with peers and external providers to explore how AI Change Management is best supported,
• Convene Ipsen’s AI community, internally and externally, including events such as AI Days and AI at Work, in partnership with GDIT, enabling cross-functional knowledge sharing and bringing outside practice into the organisation.
