Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that Antoine GARNIER has joined Ipsen on September 1, 2026, as an HR Apprentice within the Paris & Dreux HR Operations team. Based on Paris’ site, he will report directly to me.

Antoine is currently pursuing his academic studies following the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences, specializing in Human Resources and Management, from IAE Tours. This year, he is joining the Master’s program in Human Resources Management and Corporate Social Responsibility at IAE Paris-Sorbonne.

Before joining Ipsen, Antoine completed an HR internship at Sodexo, where he supported the Deputy Human Resources Director on a variety of HR activities, including disciplinary case management, employee transfers, HR projects, and HR metrics tracking. He also contributed to the apprenticeship recruitment campaign.

At Ipsen, Antoine will support the HRBPs for Paris and Dreux across a broad range of activities. In particular, he will contribute to the deployment of HR campaigns and related communications, participate in inclusive recruitment initiatives alongside the Disability Mission and the Talent Acquisition team, support the organization of HR events, and contribute to various HR projects.
