Announcement – Alina Lim – C&B Partner, Asia (JAPAC)

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Alina LIM as Compensation & Benefits Partner, Asia (JAPAC), effective 16 June 2026. Based in Singapore, Alina will report to Siti Shahdan and will succeed Melissa Lee in this role.

In her new role, Alina will partner closely with Siti to support local and global C&B projects, policies and initiatives across the region. She will bring her expertise, analytical mindset and practical advice to help ensure Ipsen’s programs remain relevant, competitive and innovative in attracting, engaging and retaining talent. Her primary country focus will include Australia, Vietnam, and hosted markets in Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong, while working closely with the HR community and key business stakeholders across Asia.

Alina brings valuable regional compensation and benefits experience across the FMCG, hi-tech and medical device industries. Most recently, she was with Alcon Pte Ltd, where she focused on regional employee benefits.

Throughout her career, Alina has contributed to a range of compensation and benefits projects, with experience in post-restructuring benefits harmonization initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore and is certified as a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) by WorldatWork.

Outside of work, Alina describes herself as a foodie who enjoys discovering new eateries, cycling for leisure and practicing Pilates.
