Dear Colleagues,
I am glad to announce that Sean Davis is joining Ipsen as Associate Director, Executive Search Partner effective April 27th, 2026 reporting to me. Sean will continue to be based in Cambridge, US.
Sean joined Ipsen one year ago as a Talent Acquisition contractor supporting the North America Talent Acquisition team across all therapeutic areas. Sean will be a great addition to the Executive Search team partnering with Preneta Naidoo, Executive Search Senior Partner.
In this new role, he will leverage 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and will support Ipsen’s ambition by recruiting the right leaders for the future. He is passionate about utilizing his industry knowledge and relationships to help bring high-impact leaders into the organization.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending his time traveling or engaging in various sporting activities including golfing and skiing.
