Dear HR Community,

We would like to share the announcement from Iberia on the change of HR leadership.

We inform you that Monica Chalé Navarro, HR Director Iberia, will leave the company as of October 31st. On behalf of Ipsen Iberia team and the HR Community, we would like to thank her for all the work she has done to build the HR function in Iberia and for always being a positive person, full of energy!  We would also like to thank her professionalism and her full dedication throughout these 32 years, and especially for her commitment and loyalty to the company during this time.  Wishing her the very best in all her future endeavors.

As of October 1st, Annika Gerdon-Head of Talent Management Specialty Care, is appointed as HR Director Iberia, reporting to Aurora Berra- GM Iberia and with a functional reporting to Mona Amin- HR Operations International. In her new role, Annika will be relocating to Barcelona in the coming weeks.
Monica will stay with us for a month to ensure the best transition to Annika.

We wish Annika Gerdon the very best in her new assignment and with her move to Barcelona.
