Dear  HR colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that Amanda DINI has joined the Global Compensation & Benefits team on May 1st, 2020, as Head of Compensation & Benefits for UK & Ireland, reporting to me. She will be located in our Bath Road office.

Amanda will be fully integrated in the UK & Ireland activities and will participate in the UK & Ireland HR Leadership Team led by Monika Gibson. She will also be fully part of the Global C&B team and will contribute to the building and implementation of Global C&B programs with the insight of the UK & Ireland perspective. Both Nick Weinel and Elodie Louison-Ferreira will report to her.

Amanda is a Global Rewards Professional with broad experience in compensation and benefits, be it in the pharmaceutical industry (Bio-Rad Laboratories or more recently Insulet), high-tech (Adobe Systems, Zebra Technology or Unisys) or retail (Black & Deck), covering the UK and European countries.

Through her diverse work experience, she has been used to engaging with key stakeholders and managing cross-organizational projects, including detailed data analysis and job evaluation, salary benchmarking and leading pay reviews, together with benefits administration and vendor management.
