Dear Colleagues,
I am delighted to inform you that Alison Macdonald, who joined us on a temporary basis in April, has been appointed into the role of HRBP for Milton Park and Bath Road, taking over from Jo Siriboe.

Alison will continue to be based at Milton Park, and will also support some of our employee populations at Bath Road.
Alison has experience in Public, Private and Not-for-Profit sectors and has worked in HR roles at an operational and strategic level. Alison’s most recent role was with the British Horse Society and she has also held HR roles within the NHS, banking, manufacturing and at BAA. Alison is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jo for her significant contribution to Ipsen over the last 2.5 years and prior to this as a Talent Acquisition Contractor supporting our recruitment efforts both at Milton Park and Bath Road. Jo has been a key member of the HR community since she joined Ipsen and we wish her every success for the future.
