We are pleased to announce that Aline Stokes, joins the Talent Management & Engagement team today, as Inclusion & Diversity Director, reporting to Isabelle Mériel. She will be located in Bath Road, working 3 days a week from Tuesday through Thursday.
In this newly created role, Aline will lead globally the design and execution of the Inclusion & Diversity roadmap, and represents Ipsen on all Global Diversity and Inclusion matters.She will be working with our leadership teams and people across the world to strengthen and foster our One Ipsen way of Being culture.
Aline has been part of the people development team at Ipsen for over 12 years; she initially held a global role in which she designed and delivered soft skills’ workshops to individuals and managers on management, leadership, and personal effectiveness topics.
Later she led the introduction of online learning as a tool to support real time soft skills’ development, and was part of the team that embedded development conversations as part our culture. Over the last 4 years, she has shifted her focus to drive talent management within the Technical Operations’ division, while also supporting the UK/IR region.
Aline will transition from her TechOps role to this new role during Q4 2020.
Passionate about people, she balances her career at Ipsen with her private practice as a psychotherapist in Oxford.
Aline is educated in France, and has built her experience in various companies in the food industry prior to joining Ipsen.
