Dear HR colleagues,

As part of the continued transformation of the Asia Pacific (excluding China) region, I am pleased to announce the following important change, effective April 1^st, 2020 and reporting to Peter Koetsier, Head of Asia Pacific (exc. China) & GM Australia and New Zealand.

Alex Sakellaridis is appointed Human Resources Regional Lead – Australia, New Zealand & ASEAN* cluster

Currently Human Resources Manager for ANZ, Alex is promoted to a newly created role that extends her responsibilities to include the ASEAN* cluster of countries. Reporting to this role will be the current Australian HR coordinator role and additionally, the soon to be appointed HR Admin for ASEAN* on a dotted line basis (solid line reporting to the ASEAN General Manager, Sirilak Suteekul).

This new role will be responsible for:

·   Managing and guiding the delivery of high-performance generalist HR services across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore;

·   Providing strategic leadership and HR guidance to the local Australia and New Zealand leadership team;

·   Mentorship and development of country HR team members to facilitate the ongoing success of an engaged and capable HR function in meeting Ipsen’s targets and objectives in local countries.

*ASEAN region- Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam as well as select regional distributor markets
