A reminder that you play a significant role in the process, from promoting completion of the survey to supporting leaders and managers. Based on the results of the Pulse Survey, managers will be able to assess the outcomes of the action plans they put in place following the 2021 Global Survey, defining the appropriate next step, be it celebration or adjustment.
Next Steps:
- For a refresher of how to use the Glint platform, please find the HR training video HERE and the presentation HERE
- To support you, we will also be organizing drop-in sessions for you and your managers in case there are any questions on 25th and 27th October – invites to follow shortly
- Please ensure that data in iPeople are up to date. Glint invites will go to all active employees within iPeople. The data upload for the survey will be done on 30th September 2022, after which no further changes can be made
- Please schedule time with your managers after 20th September (the GLT will be informed on that day) to walk through a rollout and communications plan for your organization
- For your information, the next full Global Engagement Survey is planned for May 2023.
