Further to our recent People Experience Survey results, we are pleased to inform you that the Action Planning Resource Hub is now available and accessible to all managers from 24^th June to support our collective efforts in the Global Focus Areas for 2025-2026:

• We Own our Growth & Celebrate

Managers can leverage the Resource Hub to build action plans and drive engagement with their teams.  The hub offers valuable frames, models, tools and learning resources tailored to our focus areas.

We count on you to ensure that managers are aware of this resource and support them in the journey. Please encourage them to celebrate their successes and identify which theme they want to focus on to contribute to our collective progress.  A reminder that all GLT managers should add their focus area action into Viva Glint by the end of September.

Recent communications have been as follows:

27^th May – Update to ELT and HRLT

28^th May – Personalised email from Chantelle Lejeune notifying managers that their results are ready with their culture manifesto lights where available

3^rd June – All employee communication from Ipsen Global Communications confirming All Ipsen results and focus areas

4^th June – Email to managers from the Engagement team with Viva Glint Training deck and recording
