I am very pleased to announce that Estelle Darrigade, Communication & Learning and Development lead for NoBa will be joining our Talent Engagement team for a 3 month assignment beginning in October.

Estelle joined Ipsen in March 2020, initially as an HR Project Manager in the Nordics and Baltics where she was involved in setting up a learning & development culture and reinforcing diversity.

Estelle will dedicate up to 50% of her time to support the team with the following topics:

• Build on her familiarity with Linkedin Learning to identify an evolving curation of D&I content that reflects Ipsen’s own D&I journey, now and in the future.
• Help the team build a collaboration structure which will capitalise on the different parts of the D&I network and will create a global connection between our growing number of D&I ambassadors.
• Contribute to bring to life our listening strategy and all aspects of it, especially employee communities.

Estelle has a Master’s Degree in business and management, an International certificate of coaching from the Neuroleadership Institute  and is an accreditated Insights Discovery practitioner
