Dear HR Community,

As introduced in our HR webcast held in June, we are pleased to release the Global HR Process Flows, now available on the HR Community SharePoint.

This document brings together our key HR global processes, described in a visual and structured way to support better understanding, alignment, and consistency across regions.

It’s going to be an important enabler of our ongoing efforts towards HR operational excellence.

Scope:

Global HR processes

Out of scope : local processes (managed and documented locally)

How to read the document?

• The processes are organized into macro-processes and sub-processes.
• The actors (e.g., Employee, Manager, HRBP, Recruiter, etc.) are displayed at the top of each diagram.
• Workflows have to be read from top to bottom without arrows for simplication
• Where available, links to relevant policies or guidance documents are embedded.

A living document:

This file is designed to evolve. As our processes are updated or optimized, the content will be regularly reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
