We are thrilled to share we reached 98% of annual objectives submitted at February 28th. We would like to congratulate each other for this achievement as you deserve a round of applause to celebrate this success. This is +2% vs last year and this is all yours as you haven’t spared your efforts until the very last hours to make it. A special thanks to HRIS who have supported all of us to get through.

We believe we landed here in a good shape for the next iPerform campaign. From good to great, we would like to keep monitoring the 112 employees who haven’t had their objectives fully submitted. Now the campaign is over, the annual objectives could be edited and amended (but not deleted) and we have the opportunity to finish what may have left uncompleted.
