Dear HR community,
We are excited to share that we have successfully conducted and celebrated our 5th Career Week in Russia&CIS!
The Career Week was focused on supporting employee’s continuous development and improving their professional skills where leadership plays an important role not only in our professional achievements, but also in everyday life.
During the week we had interactive sessions with both internal and external speakers, discussions with employees about skills and competencies that are important for a true leader. Over 150 employees took part in the Career Week.
On the 1st day we talked about leadership and Ipsen 3H leadership model. Our internal speaker, Mariya Koroleva, Market Access and Public Affairs Director, Russia & CIS shared her career development story, as well as what it means for her to be an effective leader. External expert shared with us the secrets of successful storytelling and how to speak “to be heard, listened and understood”.
On the 2nd day we paid attention to continuous development and the power of Individual Development Plans. Thanks to the invited expert, we learned how to build proper communication to be successful in business interactions, as well as in dialog about development.
On the 3rd day we discussed the topic of D&I mindset and its role in creation of environment where everyone can express and realize true authentic selves. Dzhulyetta Eksuzyan, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Director, Russia & CIS shared personal experience of managing of diverse teams. And in continuation the external expert helped us to understand how to work with our own stereotypes and prejudices.
On the 4th day we shared useful materials, recommendations and resources with our employees that could help them in managing of their continuous development.
At the end of the week, Irina Zotova, General Manager of Ipsen Russia, shared not only her success story, but also practical tips and recommendations for developing leadership potential.
Based on the feedbacks of our colleagues, Career week 2023 was truly inspiring and motivating for them. And as for HR team it was also a great opportunity for us to highlight an importance of personal responsibility for development following our Ipsen Way of Being – “We learn and share every day”.
We are happy to be in line with the Global Career Month 2023 and boost the development of our Ipsen team!
