I am very happy to share with you this great opportunity in Human Resources for a 1-year-assignment to discover R&D environment and to work with different stakeholders in HR and in the Business.

Role :                                   HRBP Global R&D

Assignment duration :    1 year starting asap

Location :                           Boulogne

Business Trips :                 2 to 3 days in UK for 4 to 6 months

Reporting to :                   Clémence Elie – Head of Global HR R&D and North America

 

As part of R&D HR team, the main missions of the HRBP Global R&D will be : 

  • Support and provide strategic insights as HR Business Partner to the Global Clinical Development Operations and Global Regulatory & Quality:
    • Work with leadership to support transformation of the R&D organization when needed;
    • Assess people and capabilities to ensure proper resource allocation, up skill where needed,
    • Drive the talent agenda in an aligned and clear approach
    • Partner with senior leaders in a clear way, simple and user friendly
    • Proactively identify pain points and areas that require improvement and bring stakeholders together to bring improvements
    • Build strong relationships with sponsors and other key stakeholders across the business who support and lead change efforts
    • Define key messages to be cascaded across the organization as appropriate
  • Contribute, coordinate HR operational activities to execute business decisions related to hiring, organizational restructuring, talent management, performance management etc.
    • Work with HR CoE to execute business decisions/needs, to provide support on process improvement initiatives
    • Work with HRBPs and legal to develop and deliver the performance improvement action

  • Contribute to UK projects if applicable
    • Funnel appropriate messages and communications to drive clear priorities and meet project timelines
    • Proactively propose simplification & improvement approach
