| At Ipsen, we empower all of our employees to develop themselves by making every day a learning experience. We are proud that, through our 70-20-10 development initiatives and programs, we can provide opportunities for our employees to experience new leadership challenges and develop their knowledge.
As Serena has taken a new role as Talent Operations Head, we have set up the transition organization until Chandini comes back from her maternity leave, taking the opportunity to offer developmental assignments.
All the below announcements are effective immediately.
I am pleased to announce that Chantelle LEJEUNE, Culture & Engagement Specialist, will be taking over the coordination of Linked In Learning offer. She will drive the adoption and engagement of on-line learning and manage our account with our partner Linked In Learning. In coordination with Talent Partners, Functional L&D partners, and all HR teams, Chantelle will support the curation of content and ensure the right content is available to the right people at key learning times, as well as promoting solid on-line learning experience.
I am also pleased to welcome Dounia EL MAIMOUNI in the Global Talent Management and L&D team for a project assignment for 50% of her time until April 11th . Dounia will be in charge of the Management Skills Development Offer. Dounia is Senior Project Manager GRA Intercontinental and has a strong interest in developing in HR. During her assignment, Dounia will
- lead the deployment of the program Leading the Ipsen Way in coordination and support of Geographies Talent Partners.
- Coordinate First Time Leaders program supporting Geographies Talent Partners
- Drive the design and implementation of the new Management Skills Development Offer based on the diagnosis that has been performed, leveraging existing resources and good practices.
I would like to warmly thank Abbie Pound and Marcela Borges for their support to the development of their team members!
Serena will continue to handle the current Fast Tracking Talent cohort until the closure in march 2023. I’ll take care of the activities related to future cohorts in the transition.
Please join me in wishing plenty of success and learnings to Chantelle, Dounia and Serena! |
