You have still 1 day to go with the calibration phase of the 2022 Annual Review. You have until January 10th to modify and arrange the overall performance rating and the business objectives achievement % for each employee.

Please check your HR Dashboard in iPeople, and make sure all (eligible) employees have their ratings recorded and their status finalized. As of today, we still have :

• 136 employees’ review sent back to managers – waiting for submission
• 30 employees without any overall performance rating recorded
• 33 employees without any business objectives achievement % recorded
