360 LAUNCH WINDOWS

We are delighted to confirm that the next 360 Feedback cycle will launch on Tuesday 24 February 2026.  All requests approved in iPeople by 10 February 2026 will be included in that cycle.  Please see the table below to see the 2026 cycle dates.

Please note that there is no need to request a 360, coaching, or debrief in iPeople for employees who are part of our Global Programs (Leadership/Acceleration).

Reminder: if coaching only is needed without a 360, this can be organised at any time throughout the year.  Approval is still required in iPeople and once approved, please notify Nicola.

Important: There is a nominated geographic Talent partner for each hub/cluster that manages the licences for BetterUp (our coaching/debrief partner), in collaboration with the Global HRBP Leads for each division.

We remind you that Ipsen’s 360 is fully aligned with our leadership competency framework.  Leadership competencies are fully integrated in everything we do and brings common language which is applied in each part of the employee life cycle.
