Did you know that in 2023 40% of Ipsen managers received 360 feedback, with 48% of employees involved as raters? Even more impressive is that 84% of those asked for feedback responded – a fantastic result, reinforcing our feedback culture!
And we have more good news…to support the high volume of 360 cycles we are delighted to confirm that we are experimenting with automating the process to request 360 feedback and/or coaching through iPeople!
From January, you as HR Business Partner or a manager can now request a 360 feedback or a coaching journey under the Talent / Performance Tab, respectively in the HR or Manager dashboard:

Simply select the type of 360 feedback or coaching needed. The approval flow will be proceeded according to the policy :

Note: We know the title ‘request Reference letter’ is not the right one and are investigating technical alternative solutions in parallel to launching this pilot.
Once approved, the employee will receive a notification in ipeople:

You will also be able to review the status of 360 requests within iPeople by searching for the Ipsen – Feedback 360 – Follow up report:

We hope that you are as delighted as we are with the automation of this process, which should minimize data errors, ensure we comply with our policies and be a huge time saving for all. For now, this is a pilot. We will send all those who have booked through iPeople a short survey after the first cohort in February to get your valuable feedback on this new process.
