During the Forecast 1 exercise, we initiated a thorough exercise to align HRs’ and Finance’ visions of the target organizations.

We want to warmly thank you for the efforts.

To sustain these outcomes while keeping it as simple as possible, here the next steps agreed with Finance:

F2 2026

For F2, we will proceed based on the F1 assumptions, incorporating only the changes that have been identified and discussed with Finance as part of our F1 review.

• Deadline 28/09/2026

Budget 2027

Please note the following deadlines for Finance submission:

• Budget V1: 28/09/2026 (before Budget Reviews)
• Budget V2: 22/10/2026 (final adjustments)
• Final Submission: 24/11/2026 (No action required from HR. This deadline applies to Finance only for the monthly budget breakdown).

Given the short timeframe between these milestones, it is critical that all HRBPs engage with their Business leaders and Finance partners over the coming weeks to align on 2027 workforce assumptions.

Please ensure these discussions take place well in advance of the submission deadlines to avoid late adjustments and ensure the quality and consistency of our forecasts.
