Dear HR community,
We would like to inform you that the 2026 Annual Compensation Review & Long-Term Incentive campaigns have been launched.
Managers have now access to the campaigns in iPeople until February 9th and received a task in their inbox in Outlook.
As a reminder, HR have access to the campaign until February 16th.
1 – Please don’t forget to send the kick-off email to your managers – if you haven’t done it yet, the EN/FR templates are available on the HR Community sharepoint
2 – Please bear in mind the restrictions on comp/org changes regarding both the eligible & not eligible employees. Any change request is likely to impact the ACR campaign so please refer to the presentation for HR, and keep your C&B informed so we can anticipate any adverse impact on the campaign.
3 – We have stored many resources for the HR and for the Managers / Employees in the HR Community sharepoint
4 – Please remember we have created a playlist on iLearn with some videos and tutorials. There is also a playlist for French employees, and both are visible on the home page
We will add resources and enrich the Q&A document all along the campaigns. In the meantime, we wish you an exciting ACR and LTI campaign.
