Please advise the 2025 Objectives Setting campaign has been launched and will remain opened until February 28th. All employees have now been assigned the task in their iPeople inbox and will receive a notification by email tomorrow.
As mentioned in our HR session earlier this week:
- Organize your local communication & training session(s)
- Send the kick-off email to your employees
- Monitor the 2025 campaign and make sure all employees did submit their Focus of the Year, approved by their manager, by February 28th the latest
If you haven’t already done, use this template to tell your employees. It includes the links to the videos and tutorials we made for them.
