2025 – 2026 Performance & Compensation Planning

Dear HR Community,

 

We have revealed the 2025-2026 All-in-One Performance & Compensation campaigns during the HR Webcast on September 23rd.

You can find our planning in the HR Community/C&B folder HERE and our key dates below, so you can get started:

  1. Data Quality Audit campaign
    • From October 1st to 24th
    • HR session on September 30th & October 1st – invitations already sent by iPeople / HRIS
  2. 2025 Performance Review campaign
    • HR session on October 14th and 15th – invitations to be sent
    • Performance Review from November 4th to December 1st
    • Calibration on Performance from December 2nd to January 9th (at site/country level until December 12, at division level after)
  3. 2026 Objectives Setting campaign, 2026 Annual Compensation & LTI Review + 2025 Short-Term Incentive Payout
    • ACR/LTI eligibility + STI preparation from November 25th to January 6th / HR Session on November 24th (TBC)
    • HR session on January 13th (TBC)
    • Objectives Setting from January 15th to February 28th
    • ACR – Managers’ proposals from January 23rd to February 9th
    • ACR – HR Review from February 10th to 16th

We are impatient to launch those campaigns with you and to provide you very soon with more details on what is coming.
