- Data Quality Audit campaign
- From October 1st to 24th
- HR session on September 30th & October 1st – invitations already sent by iPeople / HRIS
- 2025 Performance Review campaign
- HR session on October 14th and 15th – invitations to be sent
- Performance Review from November 4th to December 1st
- Calibration on Performance from December 2nd to January 9th (at site/country level until December 12, at division level after)
- 2026 Objectives Setting campaign, 2026 Annual Compensation & LTI Review + 2025 Short-Term Incentive Payout
- ACR/LTI eligibility + STI preparation from November 25th to January 6th / HR Session on November 24th (TBC)
- HR session on January 13th (TBC)
- Objectives Setting from January 15th to February 28th
- ACR – Managers’ proposals from January 23rd to February 9th
- ACR – HR Review from February 10th to 16th
