We have started to move our 2024 Performance Review resources and materials to our HR Community sharepoint. This is still work in progress as we keep updating the documents.

Please bear in mind you are on a sharepoint : do not make any change on the documents directly in the sharepoint, but save a copy on your own disc.

You will find:

1. the slides deck for our presentation for HR on Oct. 21st is ready: you can also find the script on each slide. Please keep in mind this is for HR only. Do not share those slides out of our community.
2. the slides deck for Managers: this is still work in progress and we haven’t inserted the script yet.
   • You can take and translate the slides to prepare your own deck for your local session for managers.
   • We provide a “full” deck and we leave it up to you to pick & choose your slides depending on the maturity of your audience.
   • Don’t forget to check any weblink to videos or documents – some resources are located in iLearn but some may be located in HR Community (only accessible to HR)
3. NEW – we are going to prepare a deck for Employees to make it easier for you, based on the Managers’ deck.
4. the template for your kick-off email to all employees: you can already take a copy and prepare your email
5. Videos (on the process or on the model), posters with key principles on the model (made for the launch last year, you will assess if you want to use them again)
6. Talking points for HR and for Managers: we are going to update and enrich with your questions and feedback

You may have noticed we did some proper cleaning: as discussed with the other CoEs, we removed all the files from the 06 – HR Tools. We created a new folder “All in One Compensation & Performance in the 05 – C&B folder so you can find the campaigns on Performance Review, Objectives Setting, ACR and STI. I hope this will fulfill your expectations as many complained they had a hard time finding their way to the files.

Beware, consequently all the links to files & folders from our previous posts will fail.
