2024 Objectives Setting campaign is coming!

First, we would like to take the opportunity to wish all the best for this new year.

We are getting closer to January 12th, the opening date of our 2024 Objectives Setting campaign.

This is going to be our 2nd year with our new People Performance model! You can find the kick-off email template to send at the opening here: 2024 Objectives Setting – Kick-off email template V2.msg.

Considering all the communications we already made/sent on it and our busy calendar in January, we haven’t called for specific global sessions for HR and for Managers this time. We are going to leave upon Local HR the organization of local sessions and/or communications.

You will find in the folder 2024 the necessary resources supporting your next actions, including the Performance model, the timeline, what is expected from each one and the user guide in iPeople. There is a detailed presentation made for HR, and we also made the same for Managers and for Employees only. You can make a copy and/or a translation for your cascading the communication to your organization.

Your actions are:

  1. Organize your local communication & training on the coming 2024 Objectives Setting campaign
  2. Send on January 12th the kick-off email to your population
  3. Monitor the 2024 campaign, and make sure all employees submitted their Focus of the Year, approved by their manager, by February 29th

Don’t forget to tell your managers to communicate the 2023 Overall Performance ratings and the Individual Factor % to their direct reports! They must do it between January 12th and February 29th, before all employees are notified on March 1st to acknowledge their review.

We will see you on January 17th for our HR session! We will focus on the 2024 ACR campaign but will also include the Objectives Setting in the agenda.
