As we reflect on the year 2024, it is with great pride and enthusiasm that we recap the significant progress made within Ipsen’s HR community (all materials available here). This year has been transformative, marked by shared initiatives, collaborative efforts, and strong commitment to fostering an environment of continuous development and excellence.
Change Management Roadmap for HR
This year, our change management roadmap journey was a pivotal focus. We embarked on a structured path all along the year to manage and adapt to the evolving needs of our organization. This comprehensive roadmap provided clear guidelines and support, enabling seamless transitions and fostering resilience among our teams. Please access to articles and to all materials.
Feedback Workshop
In our ongoing quest to improve communication and feedback mechanisms and implement a true continuous culture, the very first feedback workshop for HR was conducted in May. This workshop was instrumental in providing to our HR community a common and strong model (BOFF) to enable for open dialogue and constructive feedback. Access here the material to use to run the workshop and help managers and employees to feel empowered, learn & share in a continuous improvement mode, become more accountable and create a safe environment and speak up culture.
DevelopMe
One of the standout successes of this year has been the DevelopMe initiative. Launched as a pilot program end of 2023, DevelopMe aimed to empower employees through career growth opportunity through on-the-job. The program saw remarkable engagement and participation for the two 2024 rotations:
1st rotation occurred in first half of 2024 with 6 DevelopMe initiatives attracting 18 HR applicants (10% of HR community) with 6 successful candidates
2nd rotation occurred in H2 2024 with 4 DevelopMe initiatives attracting 12 applicants (7% of HR community) with 4 successful candidates.
All the projects proposed are implemented in our HR practices and presented at meetings involving the community. Please visit the dedicated sharepoint page and articles, as well as recording of testimonials of two participants here.
The positive outcomes of DevelopMe have set the stage for its expansion in the coming years, underscoring our commitment to nurturing talent and fostering career growth. Stay tuned in 2025 for more information to come.
Fostering self-development with eLearning

All HR community members have full access to LinkedIn learning so take the time to invest in your own growth.
Coaching
Since the launch of the new coaching governance and use of BetterUp coaching platform, in 2024, more than 10% of HR community benefited of this development opportunity.

To cap off a remarkable year, we came together to celebrate HR Professional Day. This day provided an opportunity for us to recognize and celebrate the hard work and achievements of our teams, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
As we conclude this very fruitful year, we extend our heartfelt thanks to each member of our HR community for their dedication and hard work. We look forward to the new year with optimism and excitement, eager to build on our successes and embrace new challenges.
