We would like to confirm the 2024 ACR for Managers ends on tomorrow, February 15th. Please make sure all the managers submit their organization by then. The results will be presented during the review with CEO on February 19th.
As HR, you will then have until February 20th for the HR Review to make the final adjustments:
- Ensure the spending doesn’t exceed the Budget by Division;
- Ensure the individual increase guidelines are respected (including Gender Pay Equity);
- Ensure all the local specifics are addressed (i.e. rounding the ABS when necessary);
- Ensure all the new STI/Sales Incentives targets are recorded (related to promotion or job change);
- Ensure all the new Collective Factors are recorded (related to promotion or job change);
All the ACR reports are functional so you can monitor the ACR campaign status and the ACR Budget for your organization.
Please advise we made some updates on the ACR Dashboard manual and we added a new reporting tips document. There is also a new version of the ACR Q&A for HR.
