Dear HR Community,

The 2024 ACR is now closed but we still have some process steps to address before to call it completed.

1- COMPENSATION/JOB CHANGES

# iPeople is now populated with the compensation changes coming from ACR. They are effective on March 1st (but not visible for the employee before April 1st).

# C&B will shortly send a file by country enclosing the results from the 2024 ACR campaign and the 2023 STI payout amounts for sending your payroll instructions.

# The special iPeople data security process (adding Corporate C&B in the validation process, or preventing some org/comp changes) ends now.

2- HR PREVIEW

We are working with HR to give you access to the Compensation Letters for HR Preview on from March 1st to March 5th .

To report an issue send an email to Jacques Beslin & Maria Arroyo with the employee ID + employee name + change requested.

3- COMMUNICATE TO YOURS MANAGERS

It will then be time for managers to share the 2024 Compensation Letters from March 6th to March 22nd .

Please find here the email template to be send out to your managers on March 6th for communication of 2024 Compensation Letters to their direct report(s).

We are sending it to you earlier so that you have time to manage translation and/or adjust the date in the title if needed according to your local payroll deadline.
