We will then share the detailed planning, but we would like to share now some of our key dates so you can get started:
- Data Quality Audit campaign
- From October 1st to 25th
- HR session on October 2nd & 3rd – invitations already sent by iPeople / HRIS
- 2024 Performance Review campaign
- HR session on October 21st – invitations to be sent soon
- Global Manager session on October 28th – invitations to be sent soon
- Performance Review from November 4th to December 1st
- Calibration on Performance from December 2nd to January 14th (at site/country level until December 13, at division level after)
- 2025 Objectives Setting campaign, 2025 Annual Compensation Review & 2024 Short-Term Incentive Payout
- ACR eligibility & STI preparation from December 2nd to January 6th / HR Session on November 28th (TBC)
- HR session on January 13th (TBC)
- Global Manager session on January 20th (TBC)
- Objectives Setting from January 15th to February 28th
- ACR – Managers’ proposals from January 24th to February 10th
- ACR – HR Review from February 11th to 19th
