Dear HR,

We have just started today the calibration period for the 2023 Performance Review.

In addition of your usual tasks, please don’t forget to double-check the employees’ individual factor % complies with the overall performance rating recorded in the campaign. As of today, in all Ipsen we 60 employees mismatched.

Keep in mind the last day of calibration will be January 11th, 2024. Make sure this is completed by this date, meaning this also includes all the managers who were sent back their employee’s evaluation.
